BAIL BONDS
Many of us, even US citizens, do not give any concern on Bail Bonds that is to help a man to be temporarily free from jail while waiting for the investigation. People who commit felony such as getting drunk and cause an accident, violently beating another, fighting against government officer… do know about Bail Bonds.
When a man violates the law and is caught red handed, or commits a felony, he should be put in temporary detaining center within first 24 hour. During this time, if he wants to return to his home waiting for reporting to Court, he must pay a bond for bail. The sum of money depends on the judge’s decision.
In most cases, the suspects do not have enough money to pay bail bonds. Thus, they need help from a Bail Bonds Office or a Bail Bonds man. For example, if the judge ordered $2,000.00 bail, the suspect has to submit to the Court $2,000.00. Then, after the Court hearing, if the suspect is found “not guilty”, he will receive $2,000.00 back. In case the suspect has not enough money to pay for the bail, he will ask a Bail Bonds office or a Bail Bonds Man to pay the Court for him. The sum of fee that the suspect has to pay the Bail Bonds Man depends on the judge’s decision. For instance, if the judge says the suspect has to pay 30% of the bail, he will pay the Bail Bonds Man 30% of the Bail. Regardless he will be innocent or not, the 30% pay to the Bail Bonds Man will not be recovered. It is considered the fee for the Bail Bonds Man.
Remember: the best thing to do right after being arrested by a police is to pay Bail Bonds as soon as possible. Do not ever being late in this matter. If late, some thing terrible may happen as follow:
One day, a young man phoned to me asking me to talk with his parents to have his parents bail for him. He had DUI and hit another car. Even though he did not hurt anyone, he was still arrested. Knowing the story, his parents got mad and told me that they would not bail him out immediately, just leave him there for him to learn a lesson. Two days ago, his parents paid a sum of money to bail him out. However, when they meet him, they could not recognize him anymore. He looked pale, tired, and could not walk. His parents had to take him to see a doctor immediately. Later on, he told his parents that he was beaten in the first night and raped in the second night. Two black and big guys raped him. Although he cried out loudly but nobody came until half and hour later, a jailer came and rescued him when he almost fainted out.
A short time ago, another man was just released from jail after few months being in there. He came to me and told me that the days in real jail were a million times better than the days in temporary detaining center. In prison, criminals were classified and lived with the same level of crime. However, in temporary detaining center, people with misdemeanors had to put up with felony guys who committed terrible crimes. Therefore, the innocent or young or weak ones had to suffer horribly all tortures committed by real bad guys. He did suffer exactly as the young man in the prior story. He said that he would not forget the nightmares happened in there until the end of his time.
